Located on the banks of the picturesque Indian River, our property offers stunning views of the water and is only minutes away from the ocean. Our cozy and comfortable rental features a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms with 5 beds, 2 full bathrooms and two additional hangout spots that include a lounge/bar area and an additional outdoor room for whatever you desire! During your stay you'll have access to all the modern amenities you need including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. Property is perfect for Boat/Jet Ski owners. There is enough parking space to park a boat/jetski trailer(s) on the property. There is a mooring dock where you can leave the boat during the day!  Christenson’s landing Boat Ramp is 2.3 miles away and provides 4 lanes for boat access to the Indian River Lagoon and is only 6 miles away from Sebastian Inlet and Sand Bar. Our dock right across the street where you can launch your own kayak, canoe, or paddleboard and drop off/pick up guests. The possibilities for memories and fun are endless. Doplphis views and Fishing from our dock will be an experience you will never forget!
